Black Mountain is a Canandian psychedelic rock band from Vancouver. Leader Stephen McBean is a 38-year-old Jesus-like figure who has very much surprised me with his good old retro-rock fantasie. Their new album In the Future is released in 2008. The art work rivals any Pink Floyd jacket. In the Future is overwhelming, demanding you listen, listen and than listen again over it to absorb it all.
